Boil some water, only boil what you need.
Place the tea bag into the cup, you only need one.
Pour the hot water into the cup but leave about an inch of space in between the brim of the cup and the liquid (this will allow room for the milk and to not overflow).
Add milk to the water to your desired amount. If you like your tea strong you don't want a lot of milk in it, where as if you like milky you do vice-versa.
Take the tea bag out and stir until the tea is the same colour (a light brown oppose to a dark brown mixed with white).
If you find that you tea isn't sweet enough you can add teaspoons of sugar to it.
