Cut off top of pumpkin

Cut the pumpkin in half.

Remove seeds using hands or a spoon. Whichever works better for you

Place seeds in a bowl as you remove them

Add seeds to a strainer

Rinse under water to remove all the residual guts

Add water to a medium sauce pan and boil

Measure 1tsp salt

Add salt to water

When water boils add seeds and turn temperature down to a simmer. Cook for 10 min

Preheat oven to 325F

Strain seeds

Place on paper towel to dry

Add 1tsp olive oil onto a baking sheet

Spread around

Place pumpkin seeds on cookie sheetand sprinkle with salt. Make sure they aren't on top of each other. Bake for 10 min at 325 F

Take out and stir. Then place back into the oven for 10 more min.

Take out and eat!
