Heat fry pan over medium heat. Stack bacon and slice into 1/4 inch pieces. Cook until fat starts to render. Add onion and cook until soft.
Add cabbage, carrots, salt and pepper.
Cook until cabbage starts to wilt.
Add corn and cook until just thawed and warmed through.
Turn heat to high and add vinegar. Cook until vinegar has cooked away, stirring constantly.
Heat another pan over medium high heat, add olive oil and tilapia. Sprinkle with tequila lime seasoning. Cook 5 minutes on each side.
Serve over the warm cabbage. Enjoy!
