Preheat oven to 400F

Add dry ingredients to a small bowl

Melt butter

Beat egg in a medium bowl

Add milk and butter

Add dry ingredients and mix together

Spray a muffin tin with Pam or olive oil

Scoop muffin mix into tray. I was able to get 9 muffins out of the batter

Bake in oven for 13 minutes

Finished product! Yum! 😋
