How to make healthy pb & j oatmeal cookies


First preheat oven to 350 degrees. Then start the batter by adding the oats.

Add the bananas.

Add peanut butter.

Mash bananas and combine everything in medium bowl.

Spray a sheet of parchment with cooking spray. Spoon the batter on the sheet. Make an indent in each, you can use the back of the spoon. I was able to make 12 cookies.

Bake for 15 minutes or until golden.

Remove from oven and top with jelly.
