Gather ingredients

Strain quinoa

Add pine nuts into pan over medium heat

Toast until golden brown

Sauté asparagus with a touch of olive oil for 3 minutes

Thinly slice garlic

Finely cut parsley

Add salt and pepper to the prawns and mix well
