Finely dice your garlic, lemon zest and rosemary into a bowl and combine with salt and pepper.

Sprinkle the seasoning and rub into the lamb chops.

Get your pan screaming hot. And sear lamb chops in a little bit of oil.

For medium rare, about 3-4 minutes each side. Cook longer if you like it well done.

Sear and flip until golden brown.

Once the lamb is cooked to your liking, take it out of the pan and cool. Add red wine and water and simmer until the sauce is thickened about 3-4 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.

These lamb chops are very cheap, very fast to make, and it tastes very delicious. It'll take you less than a half an hour to serve dinner to the whole family :) ENJOY! Try it out!
