How to make soft chocolate chip cookies (gluten free)

Gather your gears

Put out all the ingredients.

Put in 3 bowls 1) butter a bit soften but still cold 2) brown and caster sugar 3) flour salt baking powder and baking soda (bi-carb)

Use a wooden spoon vigorously beat the butter until become loose.

The butter is now loose but not white just a bit pale

Add the sugar and beat until you can no longer see white butter trace.

Break the eggs onto your empty sugar bowl. With fork, break and blend the eggs.

Add half by half of the eggs to the butter and beat well each time or it will separate. Preheat the oven to 180c

Beat until when you wave your wooden spoon you can see ribbon pattern.

Give the flour bowl a quick whisk so everything is combined and dump everything into the wet mixture. Fold the mixture until very limited trace of flour can be seen.

Dump in the choco chips, mix well and place on buttered (if not use non stick line the tray) tray.

Back for 12 minutes. If you dont like soft cookies, make it 17 minutes at 180c

Bounce and chip some balls while you wait

Cool on racks. And voila! It's ready. Can't be easier than this.

Appearantly the last one is the biggest one as you scoop everything in the bowl out for it. Have fun baking. I hope you like it. 💗💗💗
